I Hate Television.
I Hate It As Much As Peanuts.
But I Can’t Stop Eating Peanuts.- Orson Welles
We at indiantelevision.com love television. It has been a passionate love affair since we started precisely two decades ago, and it's still going strong.
This year, once again, we are proud to bring you the 15th edition of our annual Indian Telly Technical Trade & Programming Awards (TTP) Awards which recognise the best in television production, editing, writing, direction, distribution and creation.
It's a tough choice and our tribute to the thousands of technical crew and professionals who churn out hundreds of shows each year.
We do this through days of judging by experts and senior professionals from the industry ‐ many of whom may be peers to those whose work is being judged. That's what makes the Indian Telly Technical Trade and Programming Awards, the pinnacle of recognition that a technician can hope for.
The heights by great men reached and kept were not attained by sudden flight, but they, while their companions slept, were toiling upward in the night. - Henry Wadsworth Longfellow
Pick up a camera. Shoot something. No matter how small, no matter how cheesy, no matter whether your friends and your sister star in it. Put your name on it as director. Now you're a director. Everything after that you're just negotiating your budget and your fee.‐ James Cameron
First cuts are a bitch for a director, because it's been so many months and you put your trust in your editor and you're going to see your film assembled for the first time. You look at it and go, This is terrible. I hate it.‐ Richard Donner
